General eligibility

Wagering and withdrawal rules
Unless a promotion's own rules say otherwise, deposit casino bonuses carry x35 wagering on the initial deposit plus bonus and a maximum withdrawal of ten times the bonus. If a no-deposit casino bonus is offered, it carries x40 wagering and a maximum withdrawal of five times the bonus. In both cases, winnings above the cap are voided and removed at withdrawal.
If no-deposit free spins are offered, derived winnings are capped at AUD 120 and carry x40 wagering.

Shop Bonus Money
Shop Bonus Money carries 40x wagering within 10 days. It releases at most five times its initial amount, so 15 AUD releases at most 75 AUD. Shop Bonus Money is valid only in the Casino section and cannot be used in Live Casino, Sports or Virtual Sports.

A Shop Free bet is valid only in the Sports section and not in Virtual Sports, Casino or Live Casino. Stakes and bet acceptance
The minimum sports bet is 1 AUD. The maximum permitted stake appears in the bet slip because it varies by sport and regulatory jurisdiction. An individual bet request may be reviewed and offered at an alternative price or stake, while late bets with a known outcome or material advantage may be voided or cancelled.
Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. A late accepted bet is treated as a non-runner unless it is a live-betting event.
Bet control
A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the player except through Cashout. Different selections within one event cannot be combined except through Betbuilder.
Odds and settlement
All bets settle using American odds regardless of the displayed odds format. Obvious price errors caused by typing, human or palpable errors void the affected bets.
When an event is cancelled, related bets are voided and accounts are refunded. Bets already settled before an abandonment stand. Winnings are credited after confirmation of the final official result as announced.
Weekly sports challenge

Deposit refunds
Deposit refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances, including where technical problems are involved, and remain discretionary. A refund request must reach support within 24 hours of the transaction. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

Withdrawals at MrPacho
Before a withdrawal
A withdrawal may be declined unless at least 30 AUD has been wagered during the calendar month of the request. Deposits require x1 rollover before withdrawal. If wagering is below the deposit, we may cancel winnings and retain 10% of the last deposit with a minimum of 0.75 AUD, or 15% where the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer.
Queue and checks
An account may have at most 3 pending withdrawals. We may delay a withdrawal while checking identity, balance, source of funds and compliance, and may postpone payment until the required checks finish.
Processing timetable
Our financial department processes a withdrawal request within 96 business hours after the request or after the last withdrawal was paid, once conditions and checks are complete. Agents work from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT Monday to Friday. Later payment-processor delays sit outside this timetable.

Account access and verification
One-account rule
An account must use your own correct name, and only one account is allowed per person, household or address, phone number or email, and IP address. Duplicate accounts may be closed, their actions and promotions cancelled, winnings voided and processed withdrawals reversed.
Verification
Requested verification documents and information must be supplied within 30 days. We may withhold payment or suspend the account until receipt and may permanently close it after a missed deadline. We usually verify a complete response within 10 days, though complex checks can take longer.
Account closure
Account closure is requested by email to customer support at [email protected]. An account can close only with no positive or negative balance and no pending withdrawal request. Requesting closure with a positive balance or pending withdrawal request means all funds in the account are voided.
Inactive accounts
After 180 days without login an account becomes inactive and may be charged 10 AUD monthly. If the balance is lower, the full remaining balance may be charged, and fees stop at zero.
